- When my order is placed, how long will it take for me to receive it?
As soon as your order is placed we begin curating the gift with a less than two day turn around for one gift. With shipping being so up in the air these days we recommend expedited two day. But if you choose regular ground or priority you will receive a tracking number and you can track it all the way to your door. The total time depends on your location but typically is 5 business days.
- Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order up until it is shipped by reaching out to us at adelaide@divine-goods.com. If your package has shipped you are more than welcome to return it. We understand things happen and want to work with you.
- Can I change the shipping address for my order?
We will be happy to change the shipping address for you order! Please email our Customer Care team at adelaide@divine-goods.com with your order number and the updated address ASAP, as we are only able to make changes to your order if it has not yet entered the packing process. Unfortunately we are also unable to change your shipping address from a domestic US address to an International address.
